INFORMATION NEEDED FOR APPLICATION SUBMISSION
When submitting your application, please include the following:
• Copies of pedigrees of both of the parents. They must be from a reputable German Registry.
• If either parent has finished their championship since original pedigree was issued, please include a copy for
verification of championship the dog.
• Proof of DNA of the parents from MMI Laboratory.
• 4 photos of each puppy (face, left side, right side, above).
• Number each picture on back according to each puppy to coincide with their names.
(Ex. puppy #1 “Wonderful Lady of Winter’)
• Application fee of $20 for the litter plus $2 per puppy. BBCA members $10 for the litter plus $1 per
puppy. All checks are to be made out to the BBIR or Biewer Breed International Registry.
• Micro chip or tattoo number if applicable. Puppy must be at least 6 weeks old.
• Any information or restrictions you would like to place on any particular puppy out of the litter. (Ex. Pet Only)
Please be specific, we will double check with you before proceeding.
• This page must be signed with your full name.

becomes the property of the BBIR, (Biewer Breed International Registry). The BBIR will do it’s utmost to verify all
information. The information provided is solely the applicant’s responsibility to be correct. If the BBIR finds falsified
records they are entitled to all fees paid and no pedigree or registration shall be issued. The information will be kept
private, only for the BBIR and litter owner. Any other use shall require permission of the owner. The BBIR will not be
responsible for any information that is prior to BBIR registration of the litter.
